Not much to update today. I was gone all day running lights for Rehearsal For Murder. So I suppose for today let's keep this brief and discuss mysteries. I realize asking what you think makes a good mystery isn't all too necessary because I think most would agree that a good mystery gives you lots of misdirection, plenty of tiny tiny clues throughout so the audience doesn't feel cheated when everything twists. Of course variations on these are abundant and there are exceptions to this.
Moreover though, What are some of your favorite mysteries? That can include: novels, short stories, movies, or TV shows or pretty much anything that is presented as a mystery. I'd say one of my favorites, is Clue the movie. Great cast, great script, hilarious, and good twist. Poirot's always great, and so is Holmes, but I am not as familiar with all those stories as I'd like to be.
So, respond with your favorite.
